No. RSVPath is an event management platform covering optional planning tools, digital invitations, RSVP management, guest communications, team access, event-day check-in and reporting.

Are the Planner Workspace tools mandatory?

No. The Planner Workspace is completely optional. Enable only the tools an event needs, and disable them without deleting their information.

Yes. Meal selection is an optional RSVP question. Planners create the choices and can collect an individual response from each guest in a party.

RSVPath supports email and SMS delivery where configured, plus WhatsApp sharing. Broader automated WhatsApp messaging is not currently offered.

Yes. Each invited party can receive a unique QR guest pass. Staff can scan on a phone or tablet, look guests up and record walk-ins.
